Shipping & returns

• Shipping cost depends on your country and is shown at Etsy checkout before you pay.
• Every spinner is printed for your order, so allow for the processing time shown on each listing before it is dispatched.
• Once your parcel is on its way, Etsy sends you a dispatch notice, with tracking where the service provides it.
• Orders from outside the EU may be charged import VAT or customs fees by your country. These are set by your local authorities, not by us.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations follow the policies shown on our Etsy shop and on each listing, together with your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are in the EU, this includes the 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases where it applies.

To start a return, message us through Etsy from your order page before sending anything back.

If something arrives broken, a magnet is loose or the rotor does not turn freely, message us through Etsy with your order and a photo or short video, and we will sort it out with you.
