Orders are placed on Etsy. Etsy processes your payment and shares with us the details we need to make and ship your order, such as your name, delivery address and order messages. We use them only for that order and related customer service, and keep them as long as accounting and consumer law require. Etsy's own privacy policy applies to your Etsy account.

If you contact us, we use your message and contact details to reply, and delete them when they are no longer needed for that purpose.
